Questions for Buyers

When will I receive my items?

All items are decorated and shipped from our facility within 2 - 5 business days from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times then apply. Click the tracking information located in your confirmation email to view your shipping details and lead time. Deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations within your country. Please contact us (link) if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.

Where is my item?

You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this when your product ships). In addition, you can simply enter your order # in the 'track your order' link listed in the support section of our website.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Do you accept Pre-Paid gift cards?

Yes, we accept pre-paid gift cards from all major credit card companies.

How Does Your Shipping Work?

Domestic: We ship all of our orders through USPS. Most of our packages are shipped out First Class Mail and are delivered within 10 days. If your order contains 3+ shirts, it will most likely be shipped out with Priority Mail which will make it to you in 2-5 days. Shipping for domestic orders has a base rate of $4.99, but if you order more $49.99 shirts, you get free shipping!

International: We offer international shipping anywhere in the world! We send out packages through USPS who then hands off the package to the local government run mail service. International packages are shipping via First Class Mail and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Shipping to Canada costs $9.99 and shipping to the rest of the world is $12.99.

Can I Get Expedited Shipping?

*We are not responsible for any extra customs fees or tariffs you may have to pay. Please check with your local mail service to get a better sense of fees that you may be charged prior to delivery.

At this time we don't offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can't guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because all of our products are freshly made to order.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept And Is The Site Secure?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider, and they are as secure as you can get.

I just noticed that I chose the wrong item by mistake, can you swap my product?

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!

How Do Your Shirts Fit?

The T-Shirt style is pretty standard in sizing, so whatever size you normally wear is a good bet. The T-Shirt style is a men's/unisex cut, so it runs closely to men's sizing. The Women's Fit style runs a bit on the small side. Ordering up a size isn't a bad idea if you are on the edge of a size. The Hoodies run true to standard sizes. All of our shirts are made of pre-shrunk cotton, but there still is a bit of shrinking after washing (just not as much as regular cotton). Even so, it is best to wash the shirts in cool water and dry them on low heat to preserve the size and print.

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, than we can make the change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.

Can I Edit An Order I Just Placed?

We can usually adjust an order up to 5 hours after it has been placed. Send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to Sale@teezeep.com Someone will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving product. At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, spelling, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to exchange or return shirts for any reason. The only exceptions are for custom shirts, clearance shirts and imperfection sales. For those three categories, no returns or exchanges are accepted. You can read the full exchange and return policy

What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?

If your order has been listed as "undeliverable" and returned back to us, we will ship the package to you at no additional cost

 

What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.

What happens if my item is damaged after washing?

We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.

How Come The Coupon I Found On Another Site Doesn't Work?

If you've found a coupon code on a site other than ours, most likely it's fake. The only place we list our coupons is through our email newsletter. Check out our coupon page for details.
